Understanding IVX Intent-Based Trading

Unlike traditional order books, IVX uses an intent-based trading system, where traders express their intent to buy or sell and solvers who match this with the best possible trade execution.

How IVX perps trading works

  1. Submit an Intent – Define your trade parameters (Asset, size, leverage, etc.)

  2. Solver Execution – Solvers search for the best available trade execution both on and off chain

  3. On-Chain Settlement – The trade is settled on Berachain using SYMMIO smart contracts.
